We’ve resolved the issue that was preventing transactional emails (such as login credentials and project notifications) from being delivered. The root cause was related to an authentication conflict with our email service provider, which has since been corrected.
All systems are now operating normally, and no further impact is expected.

Investigating
We’re currently experiencing an issue with our internal email delivery system. As a result, some emails — including Subject Lists, Bundles, and Printed Camera Cards — may not be reaching user inboxes.
All file assets are still being generated correctly and can be accessed directly from your Activity Log in the Project Dashboard while we work on resolving this issue.
